I aim to supply quality new and used parts and Minifigures.

 

Condition

  • New Lego. Parted out from sets, sealed bags and direct from Lego.
  • Used Lego. Hand sorted and cleaned and inspected. Used Lego parts are sold as in good condition. Parts are cleaned and inspected before listing and damaged bricks are removed. Used Lego may have Rummage Rash which is small rubs and scuffs , light scratches, shade variation etc. Parts that have heavy wear will not be sold, unless desirable and with a description of the issue and priced accordlingly.

Minifigures

Minifigures are sold as in good condition with additional comments added to the description when required. Standard minifigures are sold as per the Bricklink Catalogued Inventory without additional accessories unless stated in the description. Collectable Series Minifigures are sold complete less packet and inv sheet unless specified as new/sealed.

Min Order & Fees

I will charge you the Standard U.K. Royal Mail price for shipping plus £1 to cover our other costs such as packaging and fuel to the post office, this will be included in the shipping cost.

Packaging

I try to recycle any packaging material when possible for larger purchases. Smaller orders are normally packaged in mailer bags, Jiffy bags or mailer boxes depending on contents. Mini figures are individually bagged before packaging. Orders will be grouped into relevant bags for shipping. If you want the lots to be packaged seperately please let me know when making the order.

Communication

We aim to reply to e-mails and orders within 24 hours during the week (Mon - Fri). 

We process most orders within 2-3 business days. If you need pieces urgently do put it in the comments and we will do our best to accommodate.

Any problems or queries regarding a pending or received order then please contact us before leaving feedback so we can address the issue.

 

Returns/Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order, if for some reason we make a mistake we will refund you either with a full refund or store credit. If you want to return an order due to our mistake then we will offer you store credit to reemburse you for the cost of return shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any issues.
